Greensnow is currently undertaking a collaboration to develop non-radioactive rare earth element (NR-REE) mining on land owned by FELCRA Berhad.

We established a strategic collaboration with Universiti Teknologi Petronas (UTP) to develop green and environmentally friendly mining methods. At this moment, UTP has successfully produced a "Non-Toxic Leaching Agent" known as Green Leaching Solvent (GLS).

Greensnow has also signed a joint venture agreement with the Malaysian Nuclear Agency (ANM) to conduct research and pilot testing for NR-REE mining. ANM is a government agency of Malaysia that has expertise in the field of NR-REE relations.

Greensnow are collaborating with Menteri Besar Kedah Incorporated (MBi Kedah) for the purpose of NR-REE mining activities in Kedah state.

A tripartite agreement involving UTP, Greensnow, and Ionic Rare Earth Australia had been signed on the development of NR-REE separation and processing. Ionic Rare Earth Australia is a company based in Australia that conducts mining activities for NR-REE from Ion Absorption Clay elements. (IAC). The REE concession is granted by Ionic Rare Earth Australia in Uganda and Brazil. The Ionic Rare Earth party has expertise in the processing and separation of REE from Ion Absorption Clay (IAC).

Through the collaboration between Greensnow and UTP, and with the assistance of Nuclear Malaysia, we have appointed UTP as the facilitator for the development of a project blueprint for the processing and separation of NR-REE elements from the National Research and Innovation Agency of Indonesia (BRIN) which is expected to be fully completed by October 2026.
