Nik Abdul Mubin Nik Mahmood is the Group CEO of Greensnow Group of Companies and an expert in semiconductor technology and superconductivity, having graduated from Kyushu University, Japan. Since 2018, he has focused on Rare Earth Elements (REE), acting as a consultant for the development of mining operations and leading a seminar to unite academics and industry players in this field. Currently, he spearheads a project between Greensnow, University Technology Petronas, and Nuclear Agency Malaysia to advance REE processing technologies. He is also a council member of the Rare Earth Minerals Strategic Alliance (ReMSA), a group consisting of industry experts and government bodies.

Nik Mubin holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Kyushu University, Fukuoka, Japan, and has a solid educational background from Sultan Ismail School, Sultan Ismail College, and the University of Malaya. His extensive experience and leadership in REE mining, along with his role in major collaborative projects, highlight his influence in the industry.

Mohamad Redzuan Bin Mustaffa is a highly accomplished businessman with over 10 years of experience in business management, development, and strategy, particularly in the rare earth mining sector. As the current Group Chief Operating Officer of Greensnow Group of Companies, he specializes in developing and consulting on Operation Mining Schemes (OMS) for rare earth element (REE) mines. His expertise includes business expansion, financial analysis, and team building, with a proven track record of driving growth across various industries.

His previous roles include serving as Group CEO for several companies under Ombak Marine, where he oversaw operations in industries such as oil and gas, telecommunications, and marine fabrication. Earlier in his career, Redzuan worked in economic planning for the Selangor State and held a position in the Economic Department at Bank Negara Malaysia. With a Bachelor of Accounting from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM), he is known for his leadership, negotiation skills, and strong government networks, which have been instrumental in his success in managing high-level projects and contracts.

Ariff Azwal Sohaimi is an accomplished geologist with a robust academic background and extensive experience in both the private and public sectors. He currently works at Greensnow Sdn. Bhd., specializing in the exploration and mining of Non-Radioactive Rare Earth Elements (NR-REE). Previously, he served as a Non-Executive Director at Green Area Technology Sdn. Bhd., where he was instrumental in introducing advanced trenchless piping technology for applications in water and sewerage systems. Ariff holds a degree in geology, from University of Malaya which has equipped him with the technical expertise necessary for his roles.
In addition to his geological expertise, Ariff has a strong track record in government service, having worked as a private secretary for the Deputy Ministers of Environment, Water, and also Ministry of Higher Education. His responsibilities included managing strategic communications, overseeing policy implementation, and contributing to the revision of the Environmental Quality Act. His academic qualifications, combined with his experience in geology, technology, and government policy, demonstrate his capability to lead and manage complex projects across various industries.

Suhaimi Ismail is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in the mining process of Non-Radioactive Rare Earth Elements (NR-REE). He has demonstrated his technical proficiency through various mining and exploration projects across multiple states in Malaysia, including Kedah, Perak, Melaka, Pahang, Negeri Sembilan, and Kelantan. In his role at Greensnow, he is responsible for training and educating staff on exploration techniques, including the Gannan Drilling Method, in-situ leaching and testing, piping systems, pond management, and chemical preparation.

With a diverse background in mining, Suhaimi has gained valuable experience in the extraction of iron ore, gold, tin, and other valuable minerals. His deep understanding of mining operations has enabled him to serve as a project manager, where he oversees mining activities, particularly focused on rare earth elements, for over five years. Suhaimi’s hands-on experience and leadership in the field make him a vital asset to the team at Greensnow.

He has been with Greensnow since its inception and continues to excel in the field of Non-Radioactive Rare Earth Elements (NR-REE) through 2024. His strong management skills and technical knowledge have propelled him to the role of project manager and site supervisor for several mining sites, collaborating with Oceanica Capital Sdn Bhd and Greensnow. With over 10 years of experience, he has effectively managed staff, logistics, and mining operations, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution.
Kasman’s expertise encompasses the mining of rare earth elements as well as other valuable minerals such as iron ore, tin, and gold. His experience spans multiple states in Malaysia, including Kedah, Perak, Pahang, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka, and Kelantan. His commitment to the mining industry, combined with his practical knowledge and leadership abilities, makes him an invaluable asset to any mining project.
